Migration/Upgrade Services
Niku Professional Services consultants have acquired thousands of hours of experience successfully migrating legacy systems to Clarity enterprise software. The extent of this experience has enabled Niku to develop a variety of software tools to simplify and automate migrations.

Niku Professional Services also provides guidance and support during the system upgrade process. Niku's development organization actively supports every customer migration or upgrade that Niku Professional Services performs.

Post-Implementation Business Analysis
Niku Professional Services consultants provide in-depth analysis of customer infrastructure and business processes during our post-implementation business analysis. Niku consultants interview IT department personnel and end-users to learn how, and how successfully, customers are utilizing the newly-implemented Niku application.

They then write a Post-Implementation Business Analysis (PIBA) that includes:

  • A technical review
  • A functional review
  • A report examining implementation business effectiveness

This PIBA report is designed to help customers understand how to optimize the use of Niku software to achieve the highest return on their investment.
